Anyone else having issues logging into their account today? All I'm getting is a "full general error Nosotros've had a problem processing your request." message when trying to login. Go the same affair with both IE and Firefox.

Dunno what'southward going on at my cease then. Still no luck logging in. Tried the website support line but they were no aid. Strangely enough, if I intentionally enter the wrong password, I'll get the password reset page so the site knows what my credentials should exist....just get that mistake message if I try to use the right combo.

Citibank redirects to Citicards when you (try to) login to the credit card site. I think Monday was the final time I was able to login (didn't try information technology yesterday). I was thinking maybe the system locked me out for whatever reason simply then I'd assume it would explicitly say that ("call 800-any for assistance")

Update....my login info works through whatever (site) Microsoft Money uses to update itself, but still no luck with the website itself. Fifty-fifty tried logging in through my phone's browsers (Mobile IE and Mobile Opera) only it doesn't work through those either.

FWIW Citi loaded very slowly for me today merely I was able to get in somewhen. I am having a problem getting into Hunt and my TD bank account. Some other websites loaded in my favorites refuse to load at all. I have tried Firefox Opera and IE. Hopefully this is just a temp. inconvenience.

Just an update (on the off adventure somebody else has the problem downwardly the road)...turns out the card that I'd airtight with them a while back had gone into "archive status" (every bit they'd put it), and since that was the default card on the website account, that'south what was causing the problems with my logging in. Tech support had me but re-register a new online business relationship and re enter all the active cards I had back in, and so I'1000 back in business (and with $1000 LUV on one of the accounts--yay)
